Returns Policy
Please contact us to request a return within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, your order will be assumed satisfactory and claims of delivery errors or requests for returns or exchanges will not be accepted.
The item must be returned in original re-salable condition with all tags and packaging.
Item/s must NOT be opened, used, worn or damaged, and are in perfect condition when we receive them.
Photos and/or videos of the item may also be requested to assist in the return process. Any customer returns directly to the postage address without RA number will not be refunded.

Our dogs joined us on an all day trip in the car yesterday and we are very comfortable and safe in their waterproof hammock although my husband fitted the cradle upside down. We rectified his mistake and turn the right way up. The backseat was completely clean because the hammock contained in a mess and any accidents the girls may have had. I’m going to buy another one for my car because I believe the quality is really good. Superior to the one I presently have in my car.
