Measuring Guide:

Waist: To measure your waist, wrap the measuring tape around the middle part of your waistline, typically in line with your belly button.

Hips: For hip measurements, encircle the widest point of your hips with the tape. Ensure the tape measure remains even and straight around the fullest part of your buttocks.

Tips for Accurate Measurement:

• The measuring tape should be snug against your body but not tight or compressing.

• In cases where your measurements span multiple sizes, opting for the larger size is advisable for the best fit.

Please note: We recommend going down one size in our leggings and shorts for higher intensity activities. For example, if you're normally a Large in leggings, please order the Medium for higher intensity workouts.

• Carbon Neutral Shipping -All orders are shipped with a carbon neutral offset with Planet offered by our eCommerce platform partner, Shopify.

Order Dispatch:

• Orders placed by 2 PM AEST (Brisbane time) will be dispatched on the same day, Monday to Friday, excluding Queensland public holidays. Orders placed after this time or on public holidays will be dispatched the next working day. A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Options:

• Regular Shipping: We offer Regular Shipping via Australia Post Parcel Post for FREE Australia wide. The transit time for Regular Shipping is typically 1 to 5 days for metro and regional areas. Please be aware that delivery to rural areas may take longer.

Transit Times:

• While we aim for prompt delivery, please note that the indicated transit times are estimates. Noosa Active is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as postal service disruptions or severe weather conditions.

We appreciate your purchase at Noosa Active. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on returns and refunds.

1. Return Period: The return window is 30 days from the date of your purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

3. Proof of Purchase: Please include a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase with your returned product.

4. Incorrect or Damaged Items: If the product is incorrect or damaged upon arrival, please contact us as soon as possible with details of the issue (images/videos). We will replace or refund these items at no additional cost to you.

5. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return which may take up to 3 days from receipt, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 working days.

6. Exchanges: We replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt of your order. If you need to exchange an item for the same item in a different size, splease contact us and we'll be happy to assist. We offer one free exchange of the same item to a different size so that your perfect fit is guaranteed!

7. Return Shipping: To return your product, please contact us. Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of postage as we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

8. Exceptions: Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned for health and safety reasons, such as swimwear, underwear, and socks.
