Shipping Details

All orders for in-stock items are aimed to be fulfiled within the next business day of receiving your order. This turnaround time does not apply to pre-orders, backorders or special/custom orders.
We reserve the right to increase the order turnaround time for exceptional circumstances and/or certain order types, e.g. furniture items requiring specialised carrier services. You will be informed within a reasonable time of any delays in fulfilment of your order.

We offer flat rate shipping throughout Australia.

*Some items are excluded from these rates due to their size and/or special delivery services required, including Furniture, Cot Mattresses, Car seats & large Prams. You will be shown the cost of shipping at checkout, prior to proceeding with your order and payment.

We reserve the right to increase shipping costs for some exceptional situations such as remote locations and/or special shipping requirements. In such cases our team will contact you after placing your order with further information.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement for a major failure or any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
In addition to the rights that are available to consumers under the Australian Consumer Law, all products come with a warranty which applies from the date of purchase, as outlined below.

  • All other products : 1 Year
