This excellent vacuum cleaner with a recognisable cheeky smile is one of the most popular choices for industrial cleaning as well as offices and hotels. The Numatic Henry has earned its reputation as heavy duty and good old reliable whilst maintaining a lightweight and small size.
Do not be put off by its low wattage motor; with its 680w motor, this vacuum has more suction than any 2400w vacuum cleaner (we dare say) due to its motor size and power efficiency.

Henry PRO is NOT the same as Henry Home!
The Henry HVR200 we sell is not the same as the cheaper HVR160 Henry Home edition. The Henry Home is a domestic machine with only 2 weeks warranty for commercial use warranty.

Small, lightweight and highly maneuverable with its all-directional castor wheels, the Henry 200 PRO will make any cleaning job easier and faster. Suited for domestic and commercial use, it comes with dusting brushes and floor tools that will do any carpet or hard floor surfaces without scratching.

Motor:

114 CFM (42 L/sec) airflow with only 680w power makes this vacuum one of the most power-efficient but, at the same time, mightyest vacuum cleaners on the market. Being a commercial motor, it's rated for the operation of at least 2000 hours and a super quiet noise level of 47dB(a)

Filtration:

0.5 micron HEPA filtration will eliminate 98.6% of fine particles from the air, and when used with the original Hepa-Flo bags, the filtration is a s much as 0.3 micron that eliminates 99.97% of fine dust particles

How do I return an item?

We will be glad to refund or exchange an item that is faulty or unsuitable.

The item returned may not be in used condition and must be sent within 30 days of the original purchase.

All postage costs associated with the return or exchange must be covered by the customer unless the item is faulty when it arrived or was wrongly recommended by us.

If the product you purchased does not perform to your standard, it does not necessarily mean it is faulty. Expectations of product performance may vary from person to person therefore if there is no fault with the product and you wish to return it, postage will be covered by the customer.
If the item you purchased does not fit your machine, postage will be covered by the customer.
If you want to return an item that qualified for free postage, you are still liable for the cost of postage we incurred unless the item you are returning is faulty or wrongly recommended by us.
The item must be returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition.
Special order items are not eligible for return.
Used machines or motors are not eligible for return unless they are faulty or wrongly recommended by us.
All machines must be returned in sealed by manufacturer boxes in new condition. A 20% restocking fee will apply if the original seal is removed.
