Unblended 220 bloom Bovine Gelatin.
General Directions: Dissolve 1 tablespoon of Australian Beef Gelatin (10g) into approx. 80mls of water or liquid of choice. Stir thoroughly and wait at least 1 minute for the Gelatin to absorb the liquid (Bloom).
Add the remaining 200 mls until all the gelatin grains have dissolved.
Hot Beverage Directions: Place 1 heaped tablespoon of Gelatin into a mug, combine the flavoured powder, and then add in 100ml of cold liquid. Mix well and let bloom for 1–2 minutes, then top up with the remaining liquid, stir, and heat via microwave or stove-top until hot. This will dissolve the Gelatin. Stir thoroughly, your beverage should have a smooth, creamy consistency.
Healthy Gummies: Use 10g of Nutraviva Australian Beef Gelatin per 100 ml of liquid. Mix all ingredients into a saucepan and slowly heat until the gelatin grains have dissolved. Pour liquid into moulds or a flat dish and place in the refrigerator to set.
