Infuse ONE tea bag in a cup of hot water and allow to steep 1-2 minutes. Drink ONE cup once or twice daily. The dosage strength of the tea can be adjusted by increasing or decreasing the steeping time in hot water. Recommended to have a shorter steeping time for first time drinker.

Drink plenty of water and increase fibre in your diet when taking this product.
Prolonged use may cause serious bowel problems. If you are pregnant or breast feeding, seek the advice of a healthcare professional before taking this product. Use for children under 12 years old is not recommended.
