Suggested Use:

Take one or more servings per day depending on diet and activity level. Add 30 g (approx. 4 heaped tsp) to a shaker containing 10-12 oz or more of water or your favorite milk and shake. Or blend into a delicious smoothie.

Other Ingredients:

Pea protein isolate, prebiotic fiber, berry blend (acai, acerola, amla, cranberry, goji, jabuticaba, mangosteen, maqui, pomegranate, strawberry), greens blend (alfalfa grass, barley grass, oat grass, wheatgrass, kale, chlorella, spirulina, astragalus, lemon), natural vanilla flavor, natural caramel flavor, sea salt, thaumatin.
