The jug harnesses technology to significantly reduce heat transfer by conduction or convection. This technology prevents condensation from building on the exterior when storing cold drinks, and likewise keeps the jug's exterior cool when storing hot drinks.

You can return your item to us in its original packaging within 14 days of when it was delivered to you for a refund. We will refund the cost of the item(s), but you will need to pay for the cost of return shipping. Please contact us first to confirm and arrange.
