Oblivion - ZERO ILLUSIONS CD
2011 sophomore album from the Swedish rockers. Zero Illusions was formed in Gothenburg, Sweden in the summer of 2004. The bands evolution since their incarnation has been extraordinary with highly acclaimed live performances in their home country including: Metal Town (Gothenburg), and the Sweden Rock Festival. Zero Illusions released their debut CD "Prologue to Eternity" in mid-spring 2007. This release included the song "Face of the Fortune" which was featured as "video of the week" on a Swedish television channel. 2008 was a busy year with plenty of club gigs combined with the release of "Enter Eternity", their first full length album released on their own label. The CD was remarkably well received by reviewers and Zero Illusions was called a "New Swedish Hope" in Sweden Rock Magazine. During 2010, their 2nd album named "Oblivion", was recorded in cooperation with legendary Andy LaRocque. The result became a true step forward to the ultimate sound.Additional Info: Personnel: Charles Aznavour (vocals); Richard Lionheart, Michael Drivedown (guitar); Ivana Santana (keyboards); Al Bino (drums).
