At Aussie Made Furniture, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our locally made products. All our furniture comes with a standard 1-year structural warranty, covering:

• Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship

• Frame construction (wood and metal)

• Joints and welds

What’s not covered:

• Normal wear and tear

• Misuse, neglect, or improper care

• Fabric, leather, or finish fading due to exposure to sunlight

• Accidental damage, spills, or pet-related wear

• Modifications or repairs not done by us or our approved technicians

To claim warranty, please provide:

• Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice)

• Clear photos of the issue

• A description of the problem

Warranty claims are assessed on a case-by-case basis. We may choose to repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.

Returns and Exchanges

Change of Mind (Non-Custom Orders)

• Return within 14 days of delivery

• Item must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging

• A restocking fee of 10% may apply

• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

Custom Orders

• Custom or made-to-order pieces cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or has a fault:
