Purchase services offered by Emu Spirit Pty Ltd integrate delivery through the use of third party delivery companies.

 In the event that an item is lost or damaged in the course of the delivery services, Emu Spirit Pty Ltd asks that you:

(a) contact the Delivery Service Provider directly to address the issue of lost or damaged goods.

(b) Contact Emu Spirit Pty Ltd detailing the manner in which the products were damaged during transit. This information will enable us to assess whether the Delivery Service Provider should be excluded from future delivery services and if a refund, replacement or compensation is warranted.

Emu Spirit Pty Ltd may, at their sole discretion, provide a refund on the return of the products within 30 days where the product packaging is unopened and remains in a saleable condition. The buyer acknowledges and agrees that they are liable for any postage and shipping costs associated with any refund/return of goods.
