How to Use

Use twice daily, once in the morning and once at night on clean, dry skin
Dip the brush once and apply it to the skin along the upper lash line on both eyes, do not wash off
Allow drying for at least 90 seconds before applying other eye products
No need to apply to the lower lash line

Change of Mind
