Safety Guard
All Omega Altise heaters are developed with safety in mind and are tested to ensure compliance with the Australian Standards. The safety tip over switch enables the heater to automatically shut off if it tips over for any reason, giving you peace of mind. The flame failure shut off ensures that if the flame goes out, the gas will shut itself off so there are no dangerous gas leaks. The radiant panels can be manually lit, so during a blackout you are still able to use the heater.

Control Panel
Easy push buttons on the top of the heater are easily accessible and make selecting the level of heat desired a breeze.

Radiant/Convection Heating
The convection louvers direct the flow of warm air into the room via the radiant panel which heats objects in the room, including people, and the convection fan blows warm air to every corner of the room - keeping you nice and warm all winter.

Easy Cleaning
The front grill is removable, so you are easily able to open the heater and wipe or vacuum dust that may accumulate inside.

Oxygen Depletion Sensor
The heater monitors the level of oxygen in the room and if the level becomes low, the heater will automatically shut off so the oxygen level can restore itself.

Delivery is only from Door to Door. Please ensure access is practical and check dimensions against your entry points.
We only ship within Australia to physical addresses such as houses, apartments or businesses and DO NOT post internationally, to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, etc.

Warranty Policy

All products at are brand new and come with a minimum of 12 months Manufacturer's Warranty (unless otherwise specified). You must retain a copy of your tax invoice and contact the Manufacturer directly if you require warranty service and repairs.

Returns Policy

We recommend that customers thoroughly inspect the goods when delivery takes place. If upon delivery you notice an item is damaged, not as described, or faulty, you are required to reject delivery by the driver, to which you will need to contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible to arrange re-delivery.

As the customer, you have a duty of care for the product whilst it is in your possession. If products are damaged by you and subsequently returned, a charge will be made to repair the product to its original condition. Please be aware that where repair is not economically viable, no refund will be made.

We are unable to accept return of any goods that you have attempted to connect, install or have used.
