In normal conditions, delivery will take 3 to 10 working days, depending on your delivery address.

Big items cannot be delivered to PO box.

Warranty Policy

All our products come with a 12 months warranty from date of purchase. The warranty cover does not include for damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect and lack of maintenance, usual wear and tear, natural disaster or any other external causes.

Returns Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase or you have changed your mind, you can return the products to us in its original packages and saleable conditions within 15 days from the date of purchase. Please note that the product must be unused and in brand new condition, otherwise the return will not be accepted. You will be responsible for covering the return cost, if return belong to "change mind return"

Please note that yoga leggings and similar intimate items are non-returnable, so double-check your size before purchasing.
