OrthoLife Pediatric Foam Neck Collar is designed for the younger wearer, this neck collar provides support around neck area, allows the cervical musculature to rest and recover. Useful in managing acute neck pain and minor muscle spam associated with cervicle spondylosis.

The foam collar assists in reducing excessive neck movements, prevent the over straining of neck muscles and tendons. It is available in soft and high density.

Returns - Due to hygiene issues, if the item is to be returned because it's not suitable or the wrong size, we will only accept a return of the product if it has its original packaging and in re-saleable condition.

a) The return item(s) MUST be:
• In their original/ unused and re-saleable condition
• In original packaging inside a shipping carton/ bag
• The item returned within 14 days from the receipt of goods.
• The buyer is responsible for organizing the return and the associated shipping costs.

b) Our warehouse person will inspect the condition of the returned item. If the item is not in resalable condition, the buyer is required to pay $15 shipping & handling fees for us to ship the item back to them.
c) For product return to exchange for size etc., the buyer is required to pay $15 shipping & handling fee for us to resend the correct sizing product to them.
d) For return items approved for a refund, we will refund the amount buyer paid less $15 shipping & handling fee incurred. We won’t be able to refund shipping cost incurred as it is not retrievable
