Constructed from PE (Polyethylene plastic) material, the OrthoLife Adjustable Cervical Collar Neck Brace provides firm support and is useful to anybody experiencing acute neck pain or stiffness.
The collar is designed to limit neck motion following minor muscle spasm associated with spondylosis, i.e. painful condition due to spinal degeneration.
The neck brace enables the neck musculature to rest and recover following injury by reducing movement and ensuring tendons and muscles are not overstrained.
The collar sits comfortably between the chin and the collarbones, which helps to relieve pressure caused by the weight of the head on the neck.

Sizing Guide
Measure the circumference of neck. Please refer to one of the product listing images for Sizing Guide if it is not displayed below.
Small : 6.3cm collar height (fits neck circumference 25 - 28.5cm)
Medium : 7.6cm collar height (fits neck circumference 30 - 35cm)
Large : 8.9cm collar height (fits neck circumference 35 - 50cm)
X-Large : 10.2cm collar height (fits neck circumference 40 - 45cm)
Returns - Due to hygiene issues, if a brace is to be returned because it's not suitable or the wrong size, we will only accept a return of the product if it has its original packaging and in re-saleable condition.

a) The return item(s) MUST be:
• In their original/ unused and re-saleable condition
• In original packaging inside a shipping carton/ bag
• The item returned within 14 days from the receipt of goods.
• The buyer is responsible for organizing the return and the associated shipping costs.
b) Our warehouse person will inspect the condition of the returned item. If the item is not in resalable condition, the buyer is required to pay $15 shipping & handling fees for us to ship the item back to them.
c) For product return to exchange for size etc., the buyer is required to pay $15 shipping & handling fee for us to resend the correct sizing product to them.
d) For return items approved for a refund, we will refund the amount buyer paid less $15 shipping & handling fee incurred. We won’t be able to refund shipping cost incurred as it is not retrievable
