Shipping Details
We offer a flat rate for shipping Australia wide. Your order will be dispatched from our warehouse within 2 business days once your order has been confirmed. Business days are referred to as Monday – Friday, except for any public holidays in QLD. All orders are shipped with tracking so you can track your order right to your doorstep.
When can I expect my delivery?
QLD Metro: 1-2 business days
Rural: Up to 5 business days Interstate
Metro: Up to 3 business days
Interstate Rural: Up to 10 business days
Please note that any order with an aerosol or liquid may take an extra 1-2 days to be delivered. These must be shipped by road transport.
Returns
If you are unhappy with your item for whatever reason, you can simply return it to us for a replacement, exchange, or refund within the 30 days of purchase. If the products are in resaleable condition, we can accept a return. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.
To enquire about returning or exchanging your order, please contact us. Please allow up to one week to process these requests. Exchanges can only be made for the same style or products of equal value.
Warranty
Our goods come with the guarantee that we will offer a refund or exchange if the product is faulty, defected, or damaged in any way. Each order will be assessed on a case by case bases and an outcome will be determined by the seller. Please contact us if you need to.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
