All Lifey* products come with a 12 month warranty against any manufacturing defects and any other issues with the materials that have been used. Please keep your invoice number to make a claim.

Normal wear and tear

Damage, wear and tear resulted by improper or lack of maintenance and/or care
Change of Mind Return Policy
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
Be unused and in original, ‘as-new’ condition
Include all original packaging (box/carton and protective materials)
Be free from damage, wear, or modifications
Important: Returns without original packaging will not be accepted. Please photograph the item and packaging before handing it to the courier.
