To keep your timepiece looking its best, avoid exposure to moisture, perfumes, and harsh chemicals. Store it in a dry, cool place when not in use. Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth. For watches with leather straps, avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight and water to maintain the condition of the leather.

Water Resistance:

Please refer to the individual product details for specific water resistance ratings. Unless stated otherwise, we recommend avoiding water exposure.

Sizing Guide:

Our watches are designed to suit a variety of wrist sizes. Leather and mesh straps come with adjustable holes or sliding clasps for a personalised fit, while metal bracelets can be resized by adding or removing links—this can be done easily at your local jeweller or watch technician or by us, West End Collection. Case sizes are listed in millimetres; as a general guide, 34–38mm works well for smaller wrists, while 40mm and above offers a more oversized or traditionally masculine fit.

Shipping Details

Freight on your watch is free of charge if the order is over $100, however local duties, taxes and levies are paid by you. These local charges can not be refunded if you return your watch for a credit.

Standard shipping to capital cities is 3 - 5 business days from confirmation of order. Note that this estimation is intended to be a guideline and that extended delivery estimates can be expected during peak times, or where deliveries are being made to locations that require extended delivery times.

100 DAY RETURN GUARANTEE

We love our brands and hope that you do too. If you receive your watch and you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 100 days from the date of purchase. Note that the product must not be worn and must be returned to the Distributor in its original condition inclusive of all packaging. Return shipping is paid by you.

WARRANTY

All watches have been made using the very best materials and components. Each watch is individually tested to ensure that it is finished to the highest standards. As such the watches come with a 2 year warranty which covers any manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover batteries and straps, nor damage caused by accidents, exposure to water, wear and tear or improper handling.
