This light is absolutely perfect contain it down as long as you like and have as a night light on your bedroom or when one of your pot plants are not going so well you may just places straight under the light and make it happier

I have Pauly an unwell orchids I put them underneath distro light for approximately 4 hours and God strike me they have become 3/4 healthier than what they look like this morning perfect get it I recommend it
