All parcels come with a tracking number and do not require a signature upon delivery, allowing them to be left in a safe place.

We partner with courier companies such as Australia Post, Aramex, Couriersplease.

Delivery may take 3 - 10 business days.

1 Damaged or Faulty Product: If you receive a damaged or faulty product, we will cover the return postage, and you can return it for a full refund.

2 Change of Mind: If you change your mind about a purchase, you can return the product within 30 days, but you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Upon receiving the returned product in its original condition, we will issue a refund for the product's purchase price.
