Our packages are delivered by Australia Post and/or Sendle mainly but some orders are sent through DHL, FastCourier and other providers under customer demmand.

5-10 business days to rural areas Australia wide

Customs duty is not a part of COGS: any product we export from Australia might be liable for duties and taxes upon delivery to the customer´s country unless an exemption or concession applies.

WARRANTY

To make a warranty claim, the product concerned must be returned to the place of purchase with the original purchase receipt. No warranty claim will be processed without proof of purchase. All warranty claims must include receipt of purchase. A warranty claim must be made within the warranty period (1 year from the purchase date). The cost of returning the product to the place of purchase will be borne by the purchaser.

Our goods are subject to guarantees that are provided under the Australian Consumer Law. The purchaser is entitled to replacement or refund as a result of major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. The purchaser is also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

The benefits given to you by Ozroofracks under this warranty are in addition to your other rights and remedies under a law in relation to the goods to which the warranty relates.

Ozroofracks may elect at its discretion to not repair or replace the defective product. In this instance, Ozroofracks at its option will provide a credit or refund equal to the purchase price.

Subject to the conditions of this warranty, Ozroofracks warrants the following products manufactured by Ozroofracks will be free from any manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship for the following periods from the date of purchase (each a ‘Warranty Period’):

• Limited lifetime warranty*

• 1 year for our bracket

*Not applicable for general wear and tear to external coating and finishes, discolouration, dents and colour breakdown over extended time or use.

RECTIFICATION

If a defect of manufacture appear during the warrantable time period, Ozroofracks will, within a reasonable time of being notified of the warranty claim, repair or replace, at Ozroofracks´s discretion defective product or parts. Time will be given for manufacturing or rework as required by Ozroofracks.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS AND TERMS

This warranty is only applicable to the original purchaser and is not transferrable.

This warranty becomes void if:

1. Defects in materials or workmanship are:
   a. Examined by the purchaser of the product before having agreed to purchase the product and that examination ought reasonably to have revealed the defect; or
   b. Specifically drawn to the purchaser’s attention and noted before the purchaser agreed to continue purchasing the product;

2. The invoice clearly states customisation is not subject to warranty;

3. Incorrect fitting, removal and/or refitting, non-conformance to Ozroofracks fitting instructions or recommendations;

4. Fitting the product to an alternative vehicle other than the vehicle for which the product was designed originally;

5. Misuse of roof racks including removal of coated surfaces without touch up;

Conditions beyond Ozroofracks’s control, such as:

1. Acts of God;

2. Misuse;

3. Neglect;

4. Attachment of accessories not supplied or recommended by Ozroofracks;

5. Overloading beyond recommended capacity;

6. Evidence of incorrect or uneven loading of cargo;

7. Incorrect fitment;

8. Exposure to harsh road conditions/applications that also compromise other parts of the vehicle;

9. Poorly or loosely secured items;

10. Any consequential damages, including down time to repair or make good product.

RETURNS

Ozroofracks is happy to assist customers who wish to return or exchange goods purchased through our website.

• Within 30 days of purchase

• All returned goods must be unused, in original packaging and in saleable condition

• The full amount of brackets/washers/screws originally sold must be there.

• Tax invoice must be valid

When returning products to us, you can either bring your order and matching tax invoice to our trade counter, or post it back to or warehouse (contact us for details).

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

PARTIAL REFUNDS

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) for example, any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error and we will need to open an incidence with the courier, so we will need proofs as images/photos of the package as well as the notice of delivery otherwise your complaint or refund request must go to the courier directly.
Change of mind is not a valid reason for return.

Without a tax invoice or order number.

• We may not be able to find you in our system, or

• We may be unable to verify the original order, or

• There may be a delay on refunding your purchase.

 

REFUND METHODS

All refunds will be processed by their original payment methods.
If for any reason the system declines the return, an alternative tender will be offered.
