Q: How does PainGone Fllow work?

PainGone Fllow sends stimulating electrical pulses through the soles of your feet and into the lower leg via footpads. At the right intensity, this stimulation causes the leg muscles to spontaneously contract and pump blood through your circulatory system. Improved blood flow can assist with symptoms including pain in the legs and feet, as well as swelling and cramping.

Yes. PainGone Fllow comes with 2 Artho-Fllow electrode pads designed to help relieve knee joint pain. And if you upgrade to the Fllow Deluxe Bundle* you will also get 2 TENS electrode pads which can be applied on other areas of the body such as the back, shoulders, arms, feet and legs, hips and more for targeted relief of pain in those areas.

Q: Does PainGone Fllow require batteries to operate?

No. PainGone Fllow has a built-in rechargeable battery with up to 36 hours of use per charge. It also comes with a 2m power cable for charging or direct power.

The handy rechargeable wireless remote also attaches magnetically to the Fllow device for easy storage & recharging.

Q: Is PainGone Fllow suitable for everyone?

The PainGone Fllow system including the Arthro-Fllow Electrode Pads and TENS Electrode Pads is not suitable for certain groups and individuals, including but not limited to infants or young children; pregnant women; people with certain implants (e.g. pacemakers); people with epilepsy, heart disease, malignant tumors, cerebrovascular conditions, Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT), or those recovering from recent surgery, fractures, or trauma. If not satisfied with the product for any reason, return the product to seller within 30 days of the date of invoice.

Damaged Products

Customer must comply with the 'Return of Products' requirements below when returning any damaged product.

Return of Products

Customer must return the product in its original packaging. Items must be returned unused with all original accessories and contents, by registered post to seller within 30 days of the date of invoice to obtain a refund or, return postage at customer’s expense. Please contact the seller to obtain a Return Authorisation before goods can be returned.
For faulty or incorrectly delivered items please contact the seller for return or replacement instructions.
Refunds and returns or replacements do not include postage and/or handling charges and all such charges are at customer’s cost unless we otherwise agree in writing.
Except where required by law or in accordance with this clause, seller is not obliged to accept any return of products. If seller does not accept the return of the product, seller will contact customer in writing.
