We will cover the return postage of faulty products and either refund your payment or replace the item.
Any faulty items are sent to our laboratory for investigation and improvement procedures.
The consumer must ensure that the care instructions are followed. (For example, some customers prefer to wash the items as soon as they open. In this case, the washing instructions must be followed.)
