For change of mind returns, please contact our customer service for instructions. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your item, we will exchange your product or refund the purchase price less any shipping fees. (Cancelling your order when it is in transit counts as a return.)
You may return your purchase within 30 days of the ship date. All items must be returned in exact condition including in the original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

It's a great scratching post. My cat loves it, I was quite surprised when she started using it after only a day, it normally takes her longer to get used to a new thing. Looks good in the room too doesn't take up too much room.
