Peachymama offers several shipping options to accommodate customers in Australia, New Zealand, and the USA:

Australia

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, but during peak times, it may take 3-5 business days.

• Delivery Time: Standard shipping usually takes 4-8 days, while express shipping typically takes 1-3 days. Delivery times may be extended for remote areas or due to external factors such as floods​

General Terms:

• Pre-Orders: Items classified as pre-orders will require additional shipping once they are in stock.

• Lost Parcels: Peachymama uses secure postal and courier services like Australia Post and Aramex. Customers can purchase insurance for their parcels, as Peachymama is not responsible for replacing lost parcels once they are dispatched.

• Missing Parcels: If a parcel goes missing, Peachymama will assist in tracking it down but cannot guarantee replacement unless the parcel is insured

Change of Mind Returns:

We want you to love your Peachymama products. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be in original condition with tags attached and unworn. Return postage is paid by the customer.

• We do not accept responsibility for return items until they reach our warehouse, so we strongly recommend using tracking and/or insurance for the delivery
