We strive to get your order to you as soon as we can. Generally, items are shipped within approx. 1 - 3 business days from placement of order. If for any reason your order is delayed, we will contact you via phone or email.
Once order has been shipped please allow 2 - 5 business days for delivery depending on your location.

Orders are shipped via Australia Post from Mildura, Victoria.
Orders under $150 will be shipped Standard Parcel Post.
Orders over $150 will be shipped Express Post. Please note due to the current restriction Australia Post is not guaranteeing next day delivery with Express Post.
Burrows Jewellers reserves the right to use alternate couriers.
Collection from a store can be selected at the checkout using our Click and Collect option.
Please note: To protect our customers Burrows Jewellers normally requires a signature on delivery. If you are not home to receive your goods they will be delivered to your local Post Office for collection, however due to contactless delivery Australia Post do not require a signature at this time.
We do not ship on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed during these times will be processed on the next business day.
Return Policy
Burrows Jewellers is committed to ensuring you're delighted with your jewellery purchase and our service.
We aim to accurately represent our jewellery online, though the detail and colour may vary depending on your display.
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under these conditions:
In-store and Online Returns:
Within 14 days of the purchase date
Proof of purchase is required
Item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition and packaging
Discounts applied at time of purchase will carry over to the return
Change of Mind Returns:
Items may be returned within 14 days with a receipt, provided they are in unused and like-new condition with original packaging.
This does not apply to lay-bys or items specially ordered.
Acceptance of returned items as like-new is at our discretion.
We do not refund delivery charges for change-of-mind returns.
Faulty or Incorrect Items:
If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will cover the return postage after inspection.

Warranties and Australian Consumer Law:
Products may come with manufacturer warranties and are covered by consumer guarantees under Australian law.
You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the situation.
Items must be physically returned for assessment — we cannot review returns remotely.
