We fulfil within 2 business day. Shipping can take 1 - 8 business days post fulfilment depending on customer location.

Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Items should be returned new, unused, and with all Pet Parlour tags still attached.

Returns that are damaged, soiled, altered, or otherwise unacceptable as determined by Pet Parlour in its sole discretion, may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Items sent back without attached tags will not be accepted under any circumstance.
