Shipping Details

Market Sports Online ships all products from the warehouse in Southport Qld. 

The products are carefully packaged and shipped with Australia Post Parcel service with signature and tracking.

All orders are processed the same day at 1 pm Mondays to Fridays. 

WHAT can be returned?
We offer free returns on all items bought within 30 days. In order to accept the return, the goods need to be unused and returned in their original packaging. All you need to do is to ship the goods back to our store and we will process the return for you. 

Shipping back to the store is not covered in this policy by Market Sports Online and is the responsibility of the customer.

Items can be returned unused, and undamaged within 30 days of your purchase date.

SHIPPING for returns?
Shipping isn’t covered by us when returning an item. But once the item is received, you’ll get a full refund or a replacement order. Depending on your preference.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
