Every parcel is paw-packaged with the same level of affection and care we know you have for your furry friend. 

Any order placed before 12pm will be unleashed the same day. Those that are placed after 12pm will be dispatched the very next working day.

Our packages are prepared and packed with care, ready to gallop its way to your doorstep. Australia Post & USPS, our reliable delivery partners, make sure every parcel reaches its new home without a hitch.

To keep tabs on your order’s journey, just fetch the tracking number from your dispatch notification email and track your order at Australia post tracking.

For multiple-item orders we do our best to herd your products into one package for an eco-friendlier delivery.

To make sure your order doesn’t get lost in the dog park or arrives in a ruff condition, we offer Shipping Insurance—your own guard dog against damage, loss, or theft
during transit.

If your order ends up lost in transit or arrives looking like it wrestled with a chew toy, we'll replace it at no additional cost to you. However, if you choose to go off-leash without shipping insurance, you'll need to dig up the cost for a replacement product in the unlikely event this happens.
