Returns Policy
For change of mind returns, please contact our customer service for instructions. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your item, we will exchange your product or refund the purchase price less any shipping fees. (Cancelling your order when it is in transit counts as a return.)
You may return your purchase within 30 days of the ship date. All items must be returned in exact condition including in the original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Warranty Policy

When returning a product under warranty you can either get your product:

I’m very happy with my Milly’s pram she loves going for her walks and she loves to sit up and watch everything even if she lays down she can still see everything by looking out of all the webbed windows. Great product and excellent value.

My dog loves her pet stroller as she feels safe from other dogs in it. I think it will be great to take her to pet friendly restaurants in. It is well made and steers easily, very happy with my purchase.
