The Remote Spray Trainer is pretty similar to our Spray Bark Collar, but instead of incorporating bark detection technology into the collar, we’ve swapped it out for a handheld remote so you’re always in control.
This collar is the best choice for training medium or large dogs who might be a little too shy or sensitive for static training, but it is effective for dogs of all temperaments. You can communicate with your dog using audible tone, vibration or spray, and the backlit display on the remote makes training easy any time of day.
To help you save on refills, we specifically designed this collar to give your pet one quick burst of spray, unlike many other collars with longer spray settings. Also, we sell spray refills as pre-filled, recyclable cartridges, so you won’t have to mess with refill canisters. We’ve thought of everything!

Returns Policy
We accept returns within 30 calendar days of receipt of your order. If you're having trouble with your item and are considering returning it to us, please get in touch with our Customer Care team who will be happy to help you and answer any of your questions.
Warranty Information
PetSafe® brand is committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products and service. However, on rare occasions, products may be found to be faulty or defective. If you have a faulty product check that it's still within its warranty period and follow the claims procedure.
Conditions
Your return is subject to the following:
A return address is required to send out a replacement product.
All returns must be in original factory packaging with all original packing materials.
All replacement items will be shipped after PetSafe has received and processed Customer’s defective return. A new tracking number will be sent to Customer on the replacement item when it ships.
All credits will be made back to the original payment method.
PetSafe® Brand will not be held responsible for Customer ordering the wrong product(s), and all refusals will be credited minus the freight charges.
If a package arrives damaged, it is best for Customer to refuse the package. If Customer signs for and keeps the package, Customer should note the damage when signing for it so that a claim may be filed with the carrier.
