NOTE: Please allow up to an additional 2-4 business days for orders that contain bulky items such as coops and hutches, scratching posts, bird cages etc

RETURNS: Once your order is placed and confirmed, providing the order has not shipped we are able to cancel your order without charge. If your order has been dispatched unfortunately we are unable to cancel the order but you may post back the item/s to us at your expense and we will refund you less a 20% restocking fee.

Items must be in original conditions including all tag, packages and boxes unopened. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed and registered post is strongly recommended as we are not responsible for any damages or loss in transit.

WARRANTY: All warranty periods are specified on the individual product page. If there is no warranty specified on the product page there is no warranty offered for this particular product.

All warranties are offered on a back-to-base condition. Please ensure proof of purchase is retained and presented at the time of the warranty claim.
