Orders despatched within 2 business days. We use Australia Post for delivery, and estimated delivery times are 3-10 business days within Australia. Sometimes there may be carrier delays which are out of our control and your delivery may be delayed.

We hope that you love your Allendale purchase. However, If you change your mind about your purchase, you are welcome to return the product to us. Some products are unsuitable for change of mind return including personal care, skin care and veterinary products. Shipping costs are to be covered by the customer. To arrange a return please contact us and include your order number and details of the items you would like to return. Allendale will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid lost package situations. Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items. . Item's protective packaging must be unopened and the goods unused and in a condition fit for resale. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt of goods. If your goods arrive damaged or are in any way unfit for use please contact us so we can arrange replacement or refund. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
