Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched for shipping within 1 business day (i.e. excluding weekends and holidays), unless stated otherwise.

If any issues arise preventing us from dispatching within this time frame, we will contact you ASAP via the contact details submitted in your order.

At this time, we only offer shipping within Australia

Order Tracking

Once we have dispatched your order, we will send you an email notification that includes your Australia Post tracking number.

Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind about a Pipco purchase, we will gladly accept a return within 30 days of you receiving the item - as long as the item is in new and unused condition with the original packaging intact.

To request a return, please contact us via your order. Once we approve your return, please send the item back to:

Upon receiving the item back in acceptable condition, we will issue a full refund for the price of the item. With apologies, we cannot refund the cost of the original shipping or cover return shipping for change of mind returns.

Exchanges

You are more than welcome to exchange an item within 30 days of receiving it if is still in new and unused condition with the original packaging intact.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us via your order as soon as possible if you feel the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Items found to be faulty, damaged, or incorrect will be replaced or refunded at no extra cost to you!

Refund Method

Where a refund is issued by us, we will send the funds back via your original payment method. Remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
