Returns / Change of Mind Policy: Items can be returned if its not suitable or for change of mind, buyer pays for postage.

Warranty Policy:  12 months warranty for faulty items, usually by replacement or refund if that's not possible, we may not have a replacement in stock or the customer may just want a refund.
