Created to maximize the usage of reclaimed rubberwood trees, the new water play line is made exclusively from PlanWood®, PlanToys' line of toys made from the surplus sawdust and woodchips from production. Water and stain resistant, PlanWood® makes it ideal for children to enjoy in and out of the tub, pool or play bath. Easy to clean when play time is over and with less than 5% moisture content, PlanWood is fungus-resistant and will delight children for hours. Speed Boat and accessories should not be left in water for more than 5 hours. After play the speed boat need to be washed in water and thorughly dried. Toys should not be sprayed with any anti-bacterial sprays or detergents as these could be absorbed.

We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day when placed before Midday Sydney time on business days. Orders placed after midday or on weekends will dispatch on the next business day.
Returns / Change of Mind Policy:
CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS: In order for us to process a change of mind return you must make contact via email or phone within 7 days of receiving your order. Once your return request has been approved you must return the item in as-new condition, with all original packaging. Refunds are offered on the purchase value less the cost of shipping. Items received back not in as-new condition are processed at our discretion depending on the saleability of the item.
ITEMS ARRIVING DAMAGED: While we package our orders very well and take every care when dispatching, occasionally items can arrive damaged. If you have received a damaged item please contact us.
We will request a photo of the damaged goods so we can assess and offer an appropriate solution.
We may ask that you return the damaged item to us. If this is the case, we will provide a prepaid return label for you to attach to the package and take to the post office. When returning an item please ensure it is packaged well to prevent further damage.
Once we have received the damaged item back to us, we can arrange a replacement or a refund.
