At RYDA, we understand that your order is delivered promptly and with the utmost care; we use Star Track Express and Australia Post with a signature. If no one is home, your delivery will normally be redirected to the Local Australia Post Office for collection over the counter with a Photo ID. Please note that bulky deliveries over 5kg and in a few areas where it is not possible to redirect to the post office, the parcel may be held at the local courier depot instead.
