All in stock orders will be fulfilled within 1-2 business days, however most will be fulfilled within the same day of placing the order.

Change of Mind Returns

We offer exchange on all purchased items. 
We will only offer refunds for items that are deemed faulty under the act.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Unless an item is deemed faulty.

If you're needing to exchange, please contact us to request your exchange, and we will give you further instruction on how to send the item/s back to us. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds for faulty items (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within three business days.
