The Solax Portable Boot Hoist can hold up to 30kg of weight from most wheelchairs, manual and electric, as well as scooters. The Portable Boot Hoist enables an easy and convenient way to put your electric wheelchairs in and out of your car.

The hoist is compatible with a scooter/wheelchair battery, making it an easy lift hoist.

This Portable Boot Hoist comes with wheels that assist you in guiding the wheelchair quickly into any car, van, or SUV. This wheelchair mobility hoist is used to help the aged care, the elderly, people with disabilities, and their carers with the heavy lifting of electric and manual wheelchairs and mobility scooters.

This Portable boot hoist requires a battery-powered wheelchair or scooter to operate. This is because the Portable Boot Hoist connects to the battery of the wheelchair, and that is how it works.

If you require the Portable Boot hoist for a manual wheelchair, it is recommended that you purchase a battery so it can properly operate.

Using your Portable Boot Hoist:

Remove the hoist from your car

Push the break down with your foot to lock the wheels in place

Unclip the strap which holds the hoist together

Secure the belt to keep it out of your way

Easily fold down both legs and lock them in place

Rotate the tiny motor over

Extend the hoist by lifting both sides

Release the brake and maneuver it towards the boot of your car

Position the hoist above your scooter at the boot of your car and lock the break

Plug the hoist cable into your scooter (your scooter battery powers the hoist)

Flick the switch to lower the hoists ribbon

Quickly attach the ribbon to the scooter's frame

Flick the switch to lift the scooter

Disengage the break with your foot and wheel scooter away from the car

Lock the break again

Flick the switch to lower the scooter to the ground, unplug the power cable and be done!

Please note that a re-stocking (20%) and reduction of the original shipping fee is applicable. Please make sure to hold on the original packaging in case of return. Credit will be initiated only if the product is in the original condition and packaging
In unfortunate circumstances example death, a 20% admin fee within 14 days period may apply, even if the product not delivered. The remaining balance may be refunded on the product only and no credit store will be offered unless differently is agreed. If this happen after receipt of the product the standard return policy will follow.
Wear and Tear are not covered by warranty
We do offer warranty under our manufacturer guarantee policy for most of our products. One year on the electric parts and one year on the frame.
What does mean manufacturer guarantee?
It means that our products are covered under our warranty policy if they are defect/not working as they should due to the manufacturing/production line. Our warranty policy may include repair, replacement of the parts or replacement of the whole product.
Misused products are not included in this warranty policy.
For example: you unpack your brand new wheelchair and you find out that there is a big crack on the front wheel. In this case a new wheel will be sent to you for the replacement free of charge under warranty.
We advise our customers to take photos, notes and videos of the faulty product upon arrival of a product and to notify us within 48 hours on the arrival of the faulty product to secure your warranty claim. Please note that cushions and armrest padding and component that are prone to wear and tear not covered by warranty. Please note that Wear and Tear are not covered by warranty. For example you purchased a recliner from us and the cover gets tear damages not cover by Warranty as this is a normal Wear and Tear.
