1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged

An amazing product has helped me drink more water as I can't drink water without it being icy cold so having ice all the time has been great 😀 the size of the ice is all the same but the thickness is different with the 3 different size settings
