Shipping Details

All orders will be sent from our warehouses in Melbourne and Sydney. We aim to have all orders despatched within 2 business days and delivered within 2 to 10 business days.

- Beta Media offers a minimum of a 1 year warranty on all products, with some goods also having an extended manufacturer's warranty

- Dead on Arrivals (DOA) claims must be accompanied with proof of purchase and be reported within a reasonable timeframe; 
- You may be required to perform simple troubleshooting steps and/ or provide evidence to demonstrate the fault before a return can be initiated; 
- Some vendors prefer to deal with warranty cases directly with end-users, you may be required to contact the vendor directly for warranty claims; 

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
