Application Instructions

For use with Powerstep(R) insoles: Remove adhesive backing. Attach directly under the arch of the insole with the flat, adhesive side against the insole. Adjust position as necessary for comfort.

For use without an insole: Remove adhesive backing and attach directly to the arch area in the shoe.
