Warranty Claims and Returns Procedure:
For returns due to warranty claims, DOA cases, or money-back requests, please contact us via messages to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) case number. Once you have the RMA, please return the item in its original packaging with all included contents. For warranty claims only, the customer is responsible for return postage costs. Upon receipt and inspection of the item, we will process a refund or replacement if applicable.
