Directions
Using a bamboo whisk and tea bowl:
• Sift 1-2 teaspoons of matcha into a cup using a small sifter
• Add 60 millilitres of hot water. For best results use water just under a boil
• Whisk vigorously in a zig zag motion until the tea is frothy
• Enjoy your matcha tea straight from the bowl!
For everything else:
• Simply add 1-2 teaspoons to smoothies, lattes, cakes, ice cream, etc and enjoy!
