An exuberant wine brimming with juicy acidity and fruit sweetness, providing a balanced flavour profile. The finish is fresh, zesty, and lingering.

Grant Burge Benchmark Cabernet Sauvignon 2019
Grant Burge's Benchmark range combines quality South Australian fruit and great value making for a compelling proposition. Deep ruby purple. Dark berries, bramble, charcuterie and cedar. Medium-bodied yet packed with dark fruit flavour, with touches of bramble and vanilla, very fine tannins and juicy acidity. An approachable young-drinking red.

Peter Lehmann Art & Soul Cabernet Merlot 2016
This magnificent Cabernet Merlot from Peter Lehmann is a dry and medium bodied wine containing dark chocolate and black currant flavours. Fine-grained tannins balance these flavours. Ideal for consumption both upon release and post cellaring for a couple of years, this wonderful blend tastes amazing with vegetarian lasagna, slow-cooked Ragu, paella, or chorizo and pepperoni pizza.
