Includes: Pizza Stone: Stone remains hot and evenly cooks pizza every time. Pizza Paddle Peel: Stainless steel blade with folding anti-slip grip handle, the pizza paddle peel effortlessly slides beneath your pizza bases and makes it even easier to flip or rotate them. Pizza Server/Spatula: Stainless steel server/spatula with anti-slip grip handle that can easily glide under delicate crusts and makes it the perfect shape for picking up pizza slices. Pizza Wheel/Cutter: Stainless steel blade with anti-slip grip handle makes cutting pizzas effortless. *Due to the porous nature of stone, pizza stone will stain with use - this does not effect usage. HANDLING/WASHING INSTRUCTIONS: Do not use dish washing detergents on pizza stone as this will affect the taste of pizzas. To clean stone use a stone brush and warm water only to scrub the pizza stone thoroughly, rinse with water (do not soak in water) and dry excess water with a cloth and allow to air dry before storage. For stubborn, burnt in stains try bicarbonate of soda/water paste: Make paste with equal parts water and bicarbonate of soda. Scrub the paste on the stains using a stone brush, work the paste in circular motions until the stains are removed. Rinse with water, wipe dry and allow to air dry before storage. HAND WASH ONLY

PRODUCT RETURNS

Barbeques Galore will accept product returns and provide you with refund or repair where:

The product is faulty or is not of merchantable quality, or
The product is not fit for its intended purpose, or
The product does not match the sample or our description
You can present your Barbeques Galore receipt or other adequate proof of purchase

Please note in the case of BBQs and motorised products, Barbeques Galore may elect to send an authorised service agent to determine the nature of the problem prior to authorising any return.

If the product is determined to be faulty and cannot be repaired on site, not of merchantable quality, not fit for purpose or not matching a description or sample, Barbeques Galore will gladly offer an exchange or refund.

No refund will be given on free items or bonus items.

CHANGE OF MIND PRODUCT RETURNS

You are welcome to return an item if you have changed your mind on your purchase. We want you to be 100% happy with your choice.

Once proof of purchase is established, Barbeques Galore will gladly offer you an alternative product, credit (in the form of a gift card) or refund provided that:

You return the item within 30 days of purchase at your own expense
It is unopened, unused, in its original condition and packaging. Complete with instruction manuals and accessories

If these requirements are not satisfied Barbeques Galore reserves the right not to offer an exchange product, credit (in the form of a gift card) or refund for change of mind returns.

The delivery charges will only be reimbursed when Barbeques Galore is at fault; that is, if the wrong item is delivered to the customer or there is a fault with the product (including damaged in transit). In all other circumstances, including change of mind, the delivery charges will be deducted from the refund to the customer.

BARBEQUES GALORE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO:

Assess the condition and age of returned goods prior to offering a repair, exchange or refund. This may result in a repair, exchange or refund being refused.
