The Provence collection is loved because it’s sheer elegance encapsulated. We wanted to create a slightly bolder, slightly braver sister collection – introducing Provence Accent. Showcasing purposefully distressed paintwork that lets the solid mahogany frame come to the surface, we’ve contrasted this fading beauty with a luxe, semi-gloss wood stain finish in deep brown.

The generous proportions and farmhouse charm of this piece render it suitable for kitchen and living space. Crown moulding and shaker style doors offer subtle styling. Utensils or linens can easily be housed in the drawers while fixed shelving behind two sets of double doors provide ample storage. We’ve exposed its wooden top surface and treated it with a deep and dark wood stain that bounces the light. We’ve also distressed the paintwork slightly so it channels a wonderful pre-loved vibe.

• White Distress Finish - The white distress finish uses a three layer application of the semi-gloss white paint which is then hand-sanded along the edges, contours and grooves, to expose the original wood and create a purposefully aged look.
• Deep Brown Finish - A deep reddish brown stain that dries to a semi-gloss finish just light enough to allow the natural grains of the wood to peek through. This finish will appear darker around the edges of the molding and in the corners adding substance and depth. The brown pairs harmoniously with white surfaces, as seen in the Accent Collections.

The Brand:

Provence is one of the most comprehensive ranges of French Provincial inspired white furniture available today. Every piece within the Provence collection has a classic silhouette which features a molded plinth at its base and flared cornice on top. The antiqued hardware are traditional cup shape handles made from solid brass. And then there’s the period-style paneling and beveled drawer fronts all coming together to give this buffet its French Provincial styling and Coastal feeling.
