1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged

The service asnd delivery was very prompt it was a gift gir my grand daughter so havent seen it put Together yet.

Wasn’t too hard to assemble. Was worried about quality but it is sturdy and looks great.

I was skeptical at first but the frame was very easy to put together, takes the weight of a good mattress and very comfortable to sleep on. No squeaks or movement, the gas lifts slide easily, and plenty of storage underneath.
