Warranty Claim and Returns Procedure
In the event of returns due to warranty claims, please contact us to obtain an RMA (Return merchandise authorization) case number. Afterwards, you will be asked to send the item back in its original packaging with all contents where possible. Once item has been received and inspected, a refund of payment or replacement (if applicable) will be processed back to the customer.

Unfortunately I have only received 1 of the 2 cartons I paid for . I have tried using the MyDeal help tool with no success. Have tried phoning MyDeal and cannot get through. Very disappointed
